Outstanding training and support is our priority!

As individuals move in and out of your organization, ongoing training becomes critical. Additionally, as our suite of tools continues to grow and expand features, it is critical that your key personnel stay informed of the new capabilities to ensure that your company always keeps up with the ever-changing technology in Consumer Goods.

CRC employs Dedicated Account Managers to call your key personnel (and visit with them at our expense) on an as-needed basis to ensure that they stay trained on new features as they become available.

In addition, CRC is developing training videos which will initially be available on our website, and eventually integrated into our tools, making the ongoing training a seamless part of using our tools.

Customer Training Policy

Onsite Training

CRC will provide training at our headquarters or an alternate site nearby at a cost of $25.00 per attendee
(fee includes a meal). The training class will be staffed based on a ratio of 1 instructor per 15 attendees.
CRC will make every attempt to accommodate requested dates, but will request alternate dates due to
trainer and site availability.

All fees for on site training sessions cancelled or changed outside 21 days (less penalties, if applicable) will
be applied to a future training session(s). All fees for on site training sessions cancelled or changed within
21 days will incur a 50% penalty. Balance will be applied to a future training session(s).

Remote Site Training

CRC will provide training at the customer site(s) or alternate location (hotel, convention center, etc.) at the
customer’s expense (meals are not included). CRC will charge a fee of $1500 (minimum) per location per
day. No more than two training classes per day. This fee provides 1 trainer for up to 15 attendees. This fee
will increase by $1500 for every 1-15 attendees added to the training roster. CRC will make all travel arrangements for the trainer(s) and additional support staff. Additional support staff is required to facilitate
larger classes. They will be used in a support role only and are not available as trainers. The need and/or use
of support staff will be determined by CRC and are provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Remote site training requires a preparation time of 21 days. The fees are doubled for training classes
scheduled with less than a 21 day preparation time. For Remote Site training classes cancelled outside 21
days, CRC will apply the unused, recoverable portion (less penalties, if applicable) of the training fee to a
future training session(s). Remote Site training sessions cancelled inside 21 days are non-refundable.

Webex Online Training

The customer will be billed for on line training (Webex) at the same rate that CRC is billed with a maximum
number of 5 attendees.

ODBC Consultation

An ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) connection will be billed at the rate of $500.00 per month. The
cost associated with the setup of an ODBC connection is an additional $500.00 charge. This includes a one
hour consultation, within the first 30 days of setup with one of our programmers. After the initial setup
consultation, CRC will provide ODBC consultation at the rate of $150.00 per hour. Consultation is considered
a question and answer session. There will not be any training on how to write reports, etc. Technical
custom documentation on tables and relationships will be provided at the rate of $150.00 per hour. The
requested types of data for viewing will need to be supplied in advance. The consultation will be conducted
via conference call.
