POP can be problematic- too often is is damaged, missing
or just plain wrong. It is important that reps order the
correct POP. That is why PopTRACKER™ can tell a rep which
sign belongs in which store and when, and also why the rep
sees a picture of the POP while ordering; for ease and accuracy.
To make it even simpler, POP can even be ordered by barcode
scanning (or RFID scanning) the POP.
Once the POP is ordered, there is an efficient process to
get the right order to the correct fulfillment center -
and to remind the rep that the POP needs to be installed
once received. Using PopTRACKER™ it is possible to perform
audits, per store and per aisle, to ensure that the right
sign is in the right place at the right time. It is also
possible to order signs, and have the orders go to fulfillment
centers via electronic transfer. During the ordering process,
reps can see pictures of what is being ordered to avoid
mistakes, and can receive Advance Ship Notifications of
arriving POP to remind reps to look for and install it.
