In today's environment, the ability to transfer information quickly and accurately to those who need it is paramount. Timing has become so crucial that when that information is transferred could mean the difference between success and failure, and could significantly impact stakeholder profitability.

Reps also need to communicate with each other to share ideas about how to implement time saving measures, to share the correct and incorrect ways to execute projects, and to share exceptions to business rules, standards and instructions. In addition, reps need to alert their managers to problems and potential obstacles that are preventing execution, while there is still time to resolve those issues before time is up.

Managers need a way to communicate new or revised directions, as well as general information to many different groupings of reps- e.g., asking reps to approve their hours before they go to payroll - reps can review and sign their 'time sheet' right on the PDA.

In addition, reps need to receive alerts from your company's computers - to provide information about problems or opportunities for new business, and that needs to happen automatically between your computer systems and ours.

  • Messaging to groups/Global Messages - Messages to groups can be sent via BizTRACKER™. Additionally, individuals who work a certain chain, store, or survey can be messaged instantly via BizTRACKER™. Any group of stores or employees can receive messages
  • Rep-to-rep messaging- This message type allows merchandisers to send a message to anyone in their address book (of which you have complete control) and to attach a picture to the message. An example would be a rep who discovers that a display is built incorrectly - the rep could take a picture of the display and send it to a supervisor or peer.
  • Rep to CG Stakeholder- VelociTRACKER™ clients have complete control over the address book each user. Messages initiated from reps will go via email to all recipients that a rep chooses from the secure list. This message type allows a rep to message a supervisor - and the message shows up in the supervisor's inbox. Optionally, a picture and/or a signature can be attached.(An example would be an approved timesheet with a signature.)
  • Message archival - All messages are archived for later research (via text search, by rep, by store, etc.)
  • Message tracking - All messages are logged, and read receipts, replies, signed replies, etc. are saved, searchable, and available on reports
  • Attachments - Any message can have an attachment of any supported file type - including pictures taken at the store
  • Batch Mode (Sales Alerts) - Your systems can be synchronized with MessageTRACKER™ to make automatic alerts available to your reps.
